- Operate equipment and monitor to identify variation in operating conditions
- Identify variation in equipment operation and report maintenance requirements
- Shut equipment down safely according to workplace procedures
- Unload washed items, and position in required location
- Keep work area clean and tidy according to work health and food safety procedures
- Clean equipment and complete records, as required by workplace procedures
